Chamber Ambassador Committee
Becoming a Chamber Ambassador offers a unique opportunity to actively contribute to the growth and success of your community by fostering valuable connections and supporting local businesses. As an ambassador, you’ll gain visibility, build your network, and play a key role in promoting and enhancing the Chamber’s initiatives and events.
LaunchPad
Founded in 2018, LaunchPad seeks to strengthen the climate of early learning in Kosciusko County by focusing on the most recent research for children, birth to age five, and meeting the needs of our youngest citizens.
Education Work Force
The Education Workforce Development Committee meets at the Chamber on the second Friday of each month at 7am to raise awareness of the value of skilled trades in Kosciusko County. They also coordinate workforce development initiatives with WorkOne, research and evaluate work-based learning opportunities, and establish positive working relationships with federal, state, county, and local officials.
Health Care Committee
The Health Care Committee meets at the Chamber on the first Thursday of every other month at 11am to address healthcare issues affecting local businesses. They also publish and distribute a health and wellness resource directory and sponsor an event that focuses on healthcare issues in business.
Public Policy Committee
The Public Policy Committee meets at the Chamber on the third Friday of each month. They work on establishing and/or continuing positive working relationships with federal, state, and local elected and appointed officials. Additionally, the Public Policy Committee promotes and serves as the selection committee for the annual Government Excellence Award, sponsors and promotes a legislative information session, and participates in events of concern to the local business community. Lastly, they monitor and act upon governmental issues affecting the Kosciusko County business community.
Kosciusko Young Adult Professionals (YAP)
YAP’s goal is to show young people in our community what Kosciusko County has to offer and to provide opportunities for them with a three-tier philosophy in mind: Leadership, Networking, and Philanthropy. We want to be leaders in our workplace and community, to socialize and network with others, and to create a more healthy community through philanthropy.
Kosciusko Youth Chamber (KYC)
The goal of KYC is to provide real-life business education and support for its young members through the Kosciusko Chamber’s network of partnering businesses. We hope that introducing members to the Kosciusko County business community at a young age will result in them continuing to do business in our community as they become adults and grow professionally.
