DORA is an exciting initiative that allows patrons to enjoy alcoholic beverages in designated outdoor areas while exploring downtown events, restaurants, and shops. This program enhances the vibrant atmosphere of Warsaw’s community spaces, encouraging more social interaction and engagement with local businesses.

Here, you’ll find everything you need to know about the boundaries, participating establishments, and the guidelines for enjoying DORA responsibly.

All alcoholic beverages must be served in a designated Downtown Warsaw DORA cup purchased from one of the approved participating businesses.

Stay Loyal

You may not take drinks served at one location to another bar or restaurant, or onto their patio spaces

Keep It Classy

Please treat others and businesses within our community with respect, and drink responsibly.

Drink It Neat

Please recycle or dispose of your cups properly and avoid littering.

Last Call

The Downtown Warsaw DORA operates during business hours for restaurants located within the DORA boundary.

The contents of an open container may not exceed the following:

Beer or flavored malt beverage of not more than sixteen (16) ounces

Wine, cider, or hard seltzer/canned cocktail of not more than twelve (12) ounces

A mixed drink of not more than ten (10) ounces containing not more than two (2) ounces of liquor
